RPG Waveform - Sound Diffuser

Waveform is a range of sound diffusers for auditoriums, designed to blend the direct and reflected sound to increase intelligibility and/or enhance musical clarity and intimacy. 

The Waveform Bicubic is a single 1200 x 1200 mm glass fibre reinforced (GRG) unit. The asymmetric Bicubic can be arrayed to reduce periodicity effects. The Waveform Bicubic is typically provided with a paint-ready surface for on site application, but units can be factory colour-matched to any paint colour specification.

The Waveform Biradial is a four-part GRG unit. When absorptive material is placed into the rear cavity of the assembled unit, significant reverberation time reduction can also be accomplished. The Waveform Biradial is typically provided with a paint-ready surface for on site application, but units can be factory colour-matched to any paint colour specification. The Waveform Biradial is suitable for suspended 'cloud' installation only.

The Waveform Gaussian is a two-part wood panel system. A minimum of two panel depths are required to achieve the best performance. The Waveform Gaussian comes in a wide variety of finishes, including wood veneer, laminates, melamine coatings and painted surfaces. 

The Waveform Monoradial-G is a single GRG unit. When absorptive material is placed into the rear cavity of the assembled unit, significant reverberation time reduction can also be accomplished. The Waveform Monoradial-G is typically provided with a paint-ready surface for on site application, but units can be factory colour-matched to any paint colour specification. 

The Waveform Spline is a single GRG or MDF unit. The asymmetric Spline can be arrayed to reduce periodicity effects. The Waveform Spline-G is typically provided with a paint-ready surface for on site application, but units can be factory colour-matched to any paint colour specification. The Waveform Spline-W comes veneered or painted.

Waveform units are designed to hang freely, each unit a separate 'cloud', or bolted together to create a canopy. They can also be configured for direct mounting to a wall or ceiling using the appropriate wood blocking.
