The BIM Library is a collection of high-quality BIM objects certified to meet the BIM Object Standard. When browsing product tiles, keep an eye out for the BOS icon. This symbol indicates that the product meets the BIM Object Standard (BOS).

Download our extensive collection of generic and manufacturer BIM objects, ranging from building fabric systems to mechanical and electrical objects. All are free to download and use in your projects.

Generic objects can be used from early on in your projects. You can also search and browse to find objects from the leading manufacturers.

The BIM Object Standard is a globally recognized mark of quality and consistency. Select and use BIM objects with confidence, knowing that you are working with objects that:

• are in the right format;
• contain all the information that you need; and
• are compatible with all platforms that you work across.

Using this standard ensures consistency – not only for you and the people you work alongside, but across the entire construction industry.
