Xypex Megamix Series - Concrete Mortar

Megamix I is used for:

• Waterproof coating of vertical concrete block surfaces and cast‑in‑place concrete walls.
• Secondary or cap coat over Xypex Concentrate on porous masonry.
• Linings for swimming pools, tunnels, and tanks.

Megamix II is used for rehabilitation of:

• Water tanks, reservoirs, and water/wastewater treatment structures.
• Concrete water and sewer pipes, manholes, and vaults.
• Marine structures, bridges, tunnels, parking garages, and foundations.
• Hydro dams, thermal electric facilities, and masonry structures.

Megamix II with Bio-San is used for rehabilitation in corrosive or high‑MIC environments, including:

• Manholes and sewer pipes.
• Pump stations, lift stations, and headworks.
• Septic tanks, digesters, and clarifiers.
• Industrial structures exposed to microbial, chemical, or abrasion‑related deterioration.

Xypex Megamix is a line of high‑performance concrete resurfacing and repair mortars ranging from thin parge coats to thick structural repairs, enhanced with Xypex crystalline waterproofing technology. The range includes an optional Bio‑San formulation for environments exposed to microbial‑induced corrosion.
