NXT® Level Flow

NXT® Level Flow is used to level interior concrete, gypsum, and plywood substrates prior to installing hardwood, resilient, tile, stone, carpet, and other floor coverings in residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.

NXT® Level Flow is a fire-rated, high-flow cement-based self-leveling underlayment developed for interior floor leveling applications where smoothness, efficiency, and code compliance are required. Its low-viscosity formulation allows for easy placement and excellent coverage while producing a flat, durable surface ready for floor coverings in as little as 24 hours. Designed to meet fire-rated building standards, it offers a reliable alternative to gypsum-based underlayments while supporting faster project timelines.
