Intelligent Protect is a spray-on peelable coating that guards windows, glazing, and concrete during construction. Peels off clean with no residue after up to 18 months.
Application

Application instructions:
- Surface preparation:
- Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, or loose particles before application.
- Remove any existing adhesive residues or contaminants for best adhesion.
- Application method:
- Stir product well before use.
- Apply directly from the container using an airless spray device (recommended for fastest coverage) or a paint roller for smaller areas.
- Apply in an even, continuous coat to achieve a uniform film thickness.
- Drying time:
- Allow to dry for 4–48 hours, depending on temperature, humidity, and ventilation.
- Adequate ventilation will speed up drying.
- Once fully dry, the coating is weather-resistant and can withstand wind, rain, and construction activities.
- During construction:
- Windows and doors can be opened and closed normally without detaching the protective film.
- Avoid cutting or scratching the coating until removal is intended.
- Removal:
- When construction work is complete, peel away the coating from the edges.
- The film will come away in large sheets without leaving any residue.
- Dispose of removed film according to local recycling guidelines.
Description
Protect your windows, doors, and glazing without tape damage — Intelligent Protect is a waterborne polymer coating that sprays on, cures to a flexible film, and peels off cleanly when construction is complete.
Applied by airless sprayer or roller, it forms a semi-transparent, weather-resistant layer that guards surfaces against scratches, concrete splatter, insulation foam, plaster dust, and weld sparks. Coverage: approx. 50–80 sq ft per liter depending on substrate porosity.
Suitable for aluminum frames, UPVC, glass, concrete, and timber. Works internally and externally where conventional surface protection tape won't adhere or risks leaving adhesive residue. Film remains stable for 18+ months in outdoor exposure — ideal for long construction programs.
Dries in 4–48 hours depending on temperature and humidity. Peels as a single sheet with no sticky residue, cutting waste and cleanup time on site.
