As one of the largest new reservoir projects in Texas in nearly 30 years, the Lake Ralph Hall Conveyance System represents a massive investment in water infrastructure for North Texas. Acudor was proud to play a role in this landmark project by supplying thermally enhanced aluminum roof hatches specifically designed to meet the site’s demanding requirements.

Custom-Engineered Roof Hatches

The hatches supplied for Lake Ralph Hall were manufactured to special sizes and feature a double-leaf construction with lift assistance, ensuring ease of operation even with large panel dimensions. Each unit is built with a 12-inch high insulated curb and 3-inch polyisocyanurate insulation (R-18 value) in both the curb and cover, delivering superior thermal performance while reducing energy loss.
