Oak Grange Primary School

Oak Grange Primary School was developed as part of Derby City Council’s investment to expand school capacity in response to population growth across the city.

As a new-build education facility, the flat roof design needed to meet current thermal performance and fire safety requirements while being delivered within the overall construction programme. The waterproofing system also needed to align with the long-term management requirements of a public education estate
