Design

• Sleek vertical façade uses Maple’s Vector® fins to mask all four elevations
• The fins span the length of the car park and reach 26m high
• Maple’s Nebula® expanded mesh also features on the south and west elevations, providing visual interest and ventilation

Manufacture

• The fins have been anodised in silver to increase their resistance to wear and corrosion
• Expanded mesh panels were powder coated in black to ensure a durable finish with a lifespan guarantee of 25 years
• The fins installed on the north elevation were cut to create a trapezoidal shape

Installation

• Vector® fins were preassembled offsite at Maple’s factory to enable efficient installation
• Louvres installed on the south and north elevations to provide ventilation for car exhaust fumes
• Aspect® rainscreen cladding installed on the stair core and ground level to prevent water ingress and protect users
